King Faisal University Stipend Date
The next expected stipend date and the rules for receiving it.
Has the stipend landed?
- Amount
- 1000 SAR
- Conditions
- Saudi students, and non-Saudi students with a Saudi mother, who are regular undergraduates and not employed; paid into the student's own current bank account entered in Banner; for the programme's regular duration only (excuse and transfer terms count, postponed terms do not); not paid to a student with an academic warning, to one who withdrew from the term, or to one who stopped attending.
How it is calculated
When the paying body has announced a date, that date is shown. Otherwise the next occurrence of the monthly pay day in the university's rule is shown and marked as estimated.
Payment can arrive a day or two earlier or later when the day falls on a weekend or a public holiday. The official announcement is what counts.
Worked example
1000 − 10 (student fund deduction) = 990 SAR received.
What is the student stipend (المكافأة الجامعية, mukafaa)?
The student stipend is a monthly allowance paid to eligible students at public universities. The amount, the pay day and the conditions for receiving it are set by the university or the state.
