- Conditions
- Monthly salary paid under the government INTERNAL scholarship plan 2026-27 (study at universities inside Qatar), not a general allowance for every Qatari student: 10,000 QAR for Medicine, Education and Paramedicine; 8,000 QAR for Engineering, Computer Science and Health Sciences; 6,000 QAR for Applied Sciences and Arts; 4,000 QAR for the professional diploma. Bachelor applicants need 80% in the secondary certificate for the medicine, engineering and computer science tracks, or 75% for the science and allied-health tracks, plus final unconditional admission to a major in the approved internal scholarship plan and the general scholarship conditions.
How it is calculated
When the paying body has announced a date, that date is shown. Otherwise the next occurrence of the monthly pay day in the university's rule is shown and marked as estimated.
Payment can arrive a day or two earlier or later when the day falls on a weekend or a public holiday. The official announcement is what counts.
Worked example
Medicine, Education and Paramedicine → 10,000 QAR per month.
